Recently, one of our Portuguese LED project clients faced this exact challenge. His new warehouse canopy light project required a specific light distribution, but off-the-shelf LED light modules on the market either had the wrong wattage or unsuitable led lens angles.

We configured a 3 groups of LED canopy modules (LED PCB board+LED chips+LED lens) for him.
The core components included: a high-thermal-conductivity Customized SMD LED Street Light PCB Board , a matching Lighting-grade SMD LED Circuit Board Module , and a 50x50mm Lens Flexible PCB Plate Module specifically designed for canopy light applications.

Unlike fixed-spec finished products, we explained to the client: For the same 5050 Lens, we can match it with 12 chips for uniform illumination, or flexibly adjust it down to 8 chips based on cost-reduction needs.
If the project involves smaller dimensions or different beam angles, we can seamlessly substitute 3030 Lenses or 3535 Lenses, paired with corresponding optimized PCB boards and chip counts, thereby precisely controlling the final luminaire wattage.
